For Sellers: I truly believe that as an agent, I will not overprice a listing simply to get that listing does not promote a Seller’s best interest My duty to a Seller is to get the best price that we can for a property, and overpricing reduces the response from advertising. The greatest activity comes during the first few weeks on the market because it is advertised as new in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), in print and other medias, and a new For Sale sign appears.

I am a member of the Teton Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and Snake River Regional Multiple Listing Service. These MLS systems span multiple counties in northwest Wyoming and southeast Idaho. I work very hard for the listings that I maintain, including placement of advertisement in the local newspaper the Teton Valley News and Homes and Land on a rotational basis, photos and information placed on the office website, brochures, photographing, showings, sign posting, and follow-up with the Seller and Buyer or Buyer’s Agent. I understand that selling a property can be very stressful, I hope to relieve my Sellers of some of that stress and make our transactions as smooth as possible.
For Buyers: In assisting Buyers; I check the “hot sheet” of new properties and changes on the MLS every day, and can set up a “Portal”, a customized website that can host multiple searches for each buyer. Using this site, you can watch listing updates, send me messages, and keep track of listings you like and dislike. I am very familiar with the area, and enjoy showing properties. I also have a great knowledge of the subdivisions and county ordinances and regulations. If I don’t have an answer to your question, I will make sure that I find one. I love living in this valley, and I view showing property not only as an opportunity to share information but also a chance to meet new people and friends. I also feel that as a Buyer’s Agent, I want my Buyers to be informed and feel comfortable and satisfied with their purchase.
