I’m proud to announce that I have received another designation. I am officially an ABR!
What is the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) Designation?
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
What the heck does that mean?
In a nutshell; it means I’ve taken quite a bit more education, and that I am concerned about providing the highest level of service that I can to my customers and clients. The ABR designation focuses on networking, and serving buyers. It also allows me access to other ABR designees, so that I can properly refer buyers in other areas to agents that are qualified.
