I am an Associate Broker with Teton Valley Realty. I have been a licensed REALTOR® for twelve years and actively involved with property sales and development in Teton Valley.

I was born in Wheatland, Wyoming, lived in Jackson, Wyoming for several years, and about 20 years ago, made the jump “over the hill” and into Driggs, Idaho. I joined the Teton Valley Realty Team in June of 2000 and have enjoyed this occupation ever since.

My Husband, Travis owns a business in Driggs, called Steel Tech and Design, Inc. and has been a valley resident for more than 25 years.  Travis and I built our home in Driggs, which was just as much an experience in patience as it was a learning process.  In the winter of 2010 we welcomed our son, Conley. In the winter of 2013, we welcomed our daughter, Arah.  The four of us, along with our two dogs live just a few miles North of Driggs.  We love the Teton View that this Valley has to offer and consider ourselves lucky to experience it every day.  I enjoy camping, hiking, travel, snowboarding, golfing, Zumba, Pilates, and of course, my occupation.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, and with that membership, I must adhere to a 17 article Code of Ethics, meaning “that the term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. No inducement of profit and no instruction from clients can ever justify departure from this ideal.”- from the Preamble of the Realtor Code of Ethics. I take this very seriously, anyone that has worked with me will know, I am always honest and very open with my Buyers, Sellers, and fellow Realtors. I am interested in education, and have received several designations denoting my extra education.

I work primarily in the Teton Valley area. As a member of both the Teton Board of Realtors and the Snake River Regional MLS, I can service a larger area, and I’m happy to do so. I am licensed in both Idaho and Wyoming. Throughout the years, I have gained experience helping buyers and sellers from many different avenues. From the first time home buyer to  investor buyer/developer, I have the knowledge and capability to bring transactions together. I also work hard for my sellers. Maintaining communication, signage, advertising, availability and a level head have helped me achieve success and happy clients over the years.

Real Estate became my passion shortly after I started working as the secretary for my Father in Law. I would help with menial tasks, MLS entry, copies, mailing packages (I started selling real estate when we actually mailed papers to buyers via USPS), stocking brochure boxes, as well as maintaining the transaction files. I fell in love with the personal interactions. The friendships created through meeting new people from all walks of life make this a fortunate profession. I decided that I wanted to be licensed, and have since become a top producing agent in my area for many years. Although I am a goal oriented person; being a Realtor has never been about “making a sale”. It has always been about satisfaction. The happy look on my buyer’s faces at the closing table, that phone call with congratulatory news on the sale of a home, the small skip in one’s step as we find the perfect property . . . That is why I have remained an active licensee throughout the years.

Basically, (as cliché as it sounds) selling property makes me happy. I find great happiness in serving my customers and clients. I can often be found at the computer late at night, checking the “hot sheet” or sending emails. I love showing property. I also enjoy technology and I’m always looking for new, better ways to help my clients more efficiently and effectively buy or sell their property.
